Q1:How can I get satisfied product ?
A:Please provide us a CAD file or a plan sketch , the play area with precise dimensions, theme and
color you prefer, etc. Our engineers will help you designer a 3D effect drawing , and will revise it until you satisfied with it.
Q2:How about the quality ?
A: We have passed ISO,SGS,CE , all products up to European Standard . We own high reputation of

Q3:How's the delivery time ?
A: It takes about 7days for one 20ft container ,12 days for one 40ft container ,15days for one 40HQ
container.
Q4: Is it difficult to install? Do you have installation manual? Or do you send your own workers over to help install the playground? What's the cost?
A: For the small playground, it's easy to install. The installation manual will be sent when the playground is completed. If you found it is difficult to install and asked us for help, we'll be glad to be at your service ,the
installation cost will be stated clearly in our sales contract , if you need installation service.
