Additionally, you can also set the temperatures according to your personal tastes.
3.Multi-functional: The BBQ thermometer comes with a built-in timer with a "count down" function, allowing you to set up to a maximum time duration of 23 hours 59 minutes and 59 seconds for your cooking time. When the time is up or the probe reaches to a set temperature, the alarm will beep. It is perfect for barbecues, oven cooking and smoking food.
4.High Temperature Resistant Probe:Constructed from food-grade stainless steel, the probes have been designed to quickly and precisely measure food temperatures. The probe can endure heat from -4°F (-20ºC) to 572°F(300ºC). 
5.Food & Ambient Temp Alarm:Set your desired food temp & HI/LOW temp range for your grill or smoker to know when to add more fuel! Smoker thermometer will flash and beep to remind you if the temperature ever goes out your set range; HI/LOW temp range alarm is specifically designed for usage with smokers, grills and BBQ
